Though baked, decorated and presented in September, I had to put them ups as my early choice of October simply because I couldn't just overlook the gorgeousness of these cakes. I realized I have not published them since I got the collection and I had to do it now. It's better late than never..
Ladies & gentlemen, I present to you my last choices of September presented here in October...lovely, beautiful, gorgeous awesome cakes crafted to perfection.
Feel free to save them and contact the Naija bakers who made them for a replica. they are just awesome!!!
And it happened that the Adeyemis' came out all excited as their son Emmanuel took the hand of his heart rob Henrietta as his bride.... Joy unspeakable could be used to describe the events of that day. The guests were all out in excitement as the came together to witness live the start up of a blissful life journey for the couple. from the traditional to the white, it was joy all the way...
Looking at the couple as well as the guests, one could wonder the extra excitement on their faces...As i flipped through the pages of the collection from this event I realized that the lasting beam of smiles were not just only the process of joining them together.....something else made them more excited.... the CAKE!
For those of you my readers who did not have the liberty to witness what happened in Owerri, Imo State last week, I bring to you the full cover of what I call " the carnival of cakes". According to one of my friends, It rained heavily in Owerri...the rain was not of water ...but of Cakes!.
For me, this is a show of love to the people's governor, a show of gratitude to a man that has put in so much for his people....I know my thoughts are subject to contest but I am a cake journalist and I always see cakes as a form of appreciation and love....

This September has a massive roll-out of kiddies cakes. I think we have lots of kids born between the months of August and September. Even as a baker, I have been making so much cakes for kids' birthdays since last month. I also know lots of bakers who have been rolling out cakes. So this month's cake ideas segment is packed with beautiful designs. Some are constant repeat of designs (which shows how much kids and parents love the designs) while some are entirely new.
My idea is to have a large compendium of these beautiful arts so our readers can have a pool of options to choose from. Please feel free to copy are redesign. Remember to mention the baker who gave you the inspiration.
Lets see these collections...
