When I saw these pictures, my mind wondered into the quality of time required to assemble such a feast. The couple chose a special theme for their wedding and needed special vendors to bring it to life...
The cake Maestro himself, Tosan jemide of Cakes by Tosan was one of the vendors who made this dream come true...He present to them the Eiffel tower, the symbol of Paris love and strength. This cake made 80% impact on the symbolism of the theme of this wedding. I need not say much my dear readers, Please see these pictures below and feel the vibes like I did when I first saw them.

Nostalgia is the word that best describes my feelings as the pictures kept coming into my inbox. This event happened last year and the princes is a big girl now! I chatted her mum (Bar. Mrs Rosline Umeh) and she reminded me how I made their baby's day with the beautiful cake and desserts.

My dearest bakers and cake lovers, Happy weekend to you all. Did you see the harmattan? The global climate change has really made everything look different from what it used to be before. One of the things bakers will worry about during this kind of weather is the fondant. They will dry out much faster than you'd wish. Anyways, we bakers have been able to work around it.
